Consultation 

When placing an order with Damian Anthony Wigs we will ensure that customers receive a full detailed consultation.  During the consultation you will be asked to give details of your desired style, colour, structure, completion date and any other relevant information. 

During the consultation you will be shown a variety of options of wig colours, structures that are available and what is achievable.  No deposits are taken until a consultation has been undertaken and the customer is happy to proceed.  

Deposits & cancellation fees

When placing an order you will be ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the overall cost of your commission upfront following consultation.  In some cases we will require full payment upfront, this will be identified and discussed with you during the consultation period.  Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be returned if you change your mind after placing the order unless it is made within 24 hours after an order is placed or before any wigs/accessories have been purchased from our suppliers.  Cancelation of your order made within this time period will be refunded but if the order of your wig has been placed by us.  Any transaction cost to us e.g. PayPal charges will be deducted from your deposit or the amount paid.  If a wig has been purchased by us within this 24 hours from our suppliers then the deduction of postage for us to receive the wig and also return it back to the supplier will be deducted from the original amount paid.  All ready to wear styles are paid in full therefore cannot be refunded. 

All purchased items must be checked on the day of delivery and any issues raised on receipt.  Any issues raised regarding your purchase must be made within a 24hour period (following receipt of the item), photographic or video evidence must be provided.  We will work together with the customers to put right any problems identified. 

If it is agreed that your item has to be sent back then it must be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery within 7 days of receipt.  Please note that wigs are not sent out to customers until they are happy with photos of the finished product, we can also provide videos for customers on request.  All our wigs are checked and securely packaged before shipping. 

Refund policy

Refunds cannot be made if the customer is unhappy on receipt of the item e.g. with the colour, wig structure or anything specific to the commission design.   If on receipt of your item you are for any reason unhappy with the wig please do not put the wig on because if the wig has been worn or adapted in any way then it will not be eligible for return this is due to  hygiene reasons.  If you have any issues or concerns please contact us asap on receipt of the delivery, we will require you to provide photographs or video evidence of the wig in its original condition. If the wigs lace has been cut or altered in any way then we will not be able accept a return.  We will discuss any issues or concerns and if a return is agreed then these items must be in the exact condition as it was received.

Lost or damage items 

You will receive confirmation regarding your order shipping tracking number and estimated delivery day.  If your package has not been delivered or is thought to be lost in transit then please get in contact with us.  All items are sent out using next day delivery, therefore if you have not received the item within 24hours please make us aware of this so we can check the tracking.  If you item is thought to be lost or has been damaged during transit then we will submit a claim to Royal Mail (or Parcelforce).  Any items received damaged we advise clients that good quality photographs of the packaging and damaged items will need to be taken to be used as evidence for the claim.
